Deals totaled 506,184sf of office space and the Average Transaction Value for the month was $2,322,900 while the Average Price per Square Foot was $182.00. Sales volume for the month was $58,072,500. The largest deal of the month was the sale of The Austin Center, which is a 322,139sf 7 building office complex located in Tampa’s prestigious Westshore Office District.
